Apartment Giglio Blu 4 is a wonderful apartment (2-4 beds) located in Giglio Campese, 250 meters from the beach and 40 meters above sea level in a panoramic area, in a structure of five apartments. Thanks to its splendid position overlooking Campese, the apartment for rent enjoys a wonderful and exceptional sea view. You can reach the apartment by car along a 200-meter long concrete road (the last 100 are steeply uphill). From the apartment you can go down to the beach using a stepped path of about 250m.
The house is surrounded by greenery and has a beautiful terrace with sun loungers, awning, table, chairs and barbecue. To access the apartment you have to go down about 20 steps from the level of the main street.
The house is spread over two floors (approximately 35sqm). The apartment for rent has a simple and functional furniture consisting of: on the first floor a double bedroom with air conditioning and ceiling fan (mosquito net on the bedroom window) and terrace (approximately 16sqm), bathroom with shower inside the room, on the ground floor living room with kitchenette with ceiling fan, AIR CONDITIONING and French double sofa bed (140x200 cm), 48 '' TV, washing machine, terrace with sea view (about 12sqm) equipped for eating out, a reserved parking space in the parking lot of the sports field about 600 meters away.
In this apartment is available the connection to tivùsat, HD satellite TV platform, which allows the viewing of over 100 TV channels and radio stations, italian and internationals.
In this apartment it is allowed to have pets at no additional cost.

When a customer books an apartment, he will be responsible for his choice and will not be entitled to any refund in the event of a complaint. The emails, the contracts sent, the photos and the descriptions of the website www.aegilium.it are authentic.
In order to avoid misunderstandings, phone calls and all that is communicated verbally have no value.
Terms and conditions
- The prices of the apartments are inclusive of electricity, water, gas, all agency fees, with the exclusion of linen and any final cleaning. The apartments are all related to crockery and cookware.
- Pets of small and medium size are accepted free of charge at no additional cost. In some apartments, not for our will, the animals are not accepted.
- The apartments do not have kitchen linens (dish towels and tablecloths), bathroom and bedroom.
- The final cleaning (50 Euro) will be charged if the apartment is left uncleaned.
- The apartments will be delivered after 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 8:30 am on the day of departure.
- The balance of the rent will be at the collection of the keys on the day of your arrival in our office.
- In the event that the cancellation should not be communicated within 10 days of the scheduled arrival date, the rental must be paid in full (unless the agency decides otherwise).
- To complete the booking, a deposit of about one third of the rent must be sent (for rentals of a few days equal to about half the rent) to be sent by ordinary postal order, bank transfer or bank check.
- We are not responsible for items (money, telephones, computers, etc.) left by customers during and after their stay in our apartments.
- In case of non-presentation of the Customer it will be the Agency's discretion to request the balance of the entire amount of the agreed rent.
